  • Calls a year: our own estimate for a typical small business in the trade. Close rate and job price: typical market numbers for the trade, from the same table our client reports use.
  • 27% of calls go unanswered: Invoca call data for home services. A small 2016 test found 62% (411 Locals), so we use the low end.
